We operate as regulated utilities in 20 U.S. states, which means that we follow regulations that are set by local authorities, as well as federal standards. It also means that we participate in community programs and invest in the infrastructure that is needed to keep service reliable and consistent. We serve an estimated 15 million people in more than 30 states and parts of Canada.
